Dear Friends of ARI,
We are sending this letter with the hope of easing fears and providing essential information about our plans to ensure the health and safety of ARI's staff and everyone receiving this email. Many of you are anxious and uncertain about what to do right now. You are not alone. This is a scary and confusing time.
The COVID-19 pandemic is a very fluid situation which may change at any time. Presently, our state and country are in an official State of Emergency. Older adults and immunocompromised individuals are at high risk of complications from COVID-19. Vigilance is key. As scary as it all sounds, we want you to know that we are here for you during this time.
We have modified our office operations in keeping with best practices on social distancing. To ensure the health and safety of our community, ARI Staff will not be meeting in person with consumers until further notice. Instead, we will be continuing operations remotely, maintaining our typical availability but by phone, email, and video-chat.
Staff can still be reached through the same contact information as always. Please see our website
for the email addresses of all staff; our main line is - as always - (410) 636-2274.
We have compiled a list of community resources and websites that you may find helpful. This list is not exhaustive so please reach out if there is a resource that you need. We can help!
