Exploring the Funky Forest of Squam
March 19 10 am - 11:00 am
In the Hayloft
Join Nantucket Conservation Foundation's Ecologist/Field Supervisor, Kelly Omand to learn about the funky forest of Squam, from stands of sassafras and tupelo, to the gnarly “big” oaks, beech, and red maple. Ever wonder why our trees look so weird? This is your chance to learn why, and about how we study and protect this island treasure.
We'll provide coffee, tea and freshly-baked farm goodies.
This event is FREE!
MARCH 19 1 pm-3 pm
Plant a Plant
Get your hands dirty at the Farm!
Bring the kids by the farm this Saturday afternoon to choose and plant a seedling for FREE! They will also learn proper plant maintenance from our garden center staff.
We are looking for your help!
We know you are fans of Bartlett's Farm
(or you wouldn't be subscribing to this newsletter, right?)
but we want to know what you think.
And what your neighbors think.
And what your friend who doesn't shop here thinks.
So we wrote a short survey - it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to fill out. Then if you would share it, that would be great!
Facebook, email, however you want!
(You don't have to share it)
We want to hear about the best and the worst of Bartlett's.
So won't you fill it out for us? It's completely anonymous, unless you want to win a $100 gift card to the farm, then you'll have to tell us
a little about yourself.
Remember When?
Many of you have been shopping at Bartlett's Farm for a long time.  And with that, you have lots of memories.  During the month of March (and beyond) we will be sharing images we have collected
since the mid-1990's!

Do You Instagram?...Do You Facebook?...Do you Tweet?

We do all of them, and that's where you can find and add images of your own memories at the farm.  It's OK if you don't do social media though.
If you want to email your photo to us for us to share, click here.
We'd love to see them!
You can share your images in the following ways.
Instagram - follow us and tag us @bartlettsfarm
Facebook - follow us and tag us Bartlett's Farm
Twitter - follow us and tag us @Bartletts Farm
