Chef Neil has developed a delicious recipe using raw kale - don't run away - it's really good! Using lots of other fresh veggies and herbs, this recipe is very different from eating plain old kale! We sampled it at the kitchen counter a few days ago and it was a hit, even with non-kale lovers.
Go to the recipe page of our website for the recipe!

For dessert, try one of Devon's sweet treats that he demonstrated
at his chef talk last weekend!

Around the Farm...

Friday night is Rotisserie Chicken Night and Tuesday is Prime Rib night. A whole Bell and Evans rotisserie chicken and two sides is $14.99, the prime rib is $15.99 per pound, and both include two sides! On Valentine's Day, we will be adding a special dessert for two to the prime rib dinner!

We randomly offer rewards for Friends of the Farm and we have some doozies planned for March! The key is, you need to be a Friend of the Farm

Watch for chocolate around the market the next several days. You might see some special bars bundled with bunches of flowers (hint, hint.) You will certainly see lots of great chocolate desserts in the kitchen counter case!
