Two Bath Remodels, One Happy Homeowner
A master and a guest bath were renovated simultaneously in this oceanfront home.  The original master bath had some unique style choices that the current homeowner reluctantly inherited from the previous owner. The aesthetic felt dark and didn’t function well. The new design removed a claw foot tub, enlarged the shower and made room for an expansive vanity that appears to float off the floor. The linear drain, floating stone bench and cool cabinet tones balance well with the organic marble mosaic wall tile and warm brass fixtures in the master.

The guest bath was small to begin with but the modern clean line aesthetic help keep things feeling open and light. The modern wall mounted vanity in warm wood tones balances the cool glass tiled shower and helps the small space feel open.
