Vivaldi's Gloria (Friday)
The Odysseus North Texas Chamber Orchestra teams up with the Denton Bach Society Choir to bring one of Vivaldi's most exquisite works, Gloria. The orchestra will also perform 
works by Mahler, Copland,
and Mendelssohn. At the Church Street Auditorium, 306 N. Church. 8-9:15 p.m. Tickets range from $13-20 and are available online.

10th Annual Trash-Off (Saturday)
The Environmental Education department hosts the annual Texas Trash-Off event as part of the Don't Mess with Texas Trash-Off, the largest single-day cleanup event in the state.  8 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Bonnie Wenk Park, 2996 Virginia Pkwy. 972-547-7335.
