Advent Season Celebration
This Saturday | Activities 10am-1pm

If the Advent season is all about getting excited and prepared for Christmas, then what better way to start it off than a big celebration bringing together Advent members and the wider community! Come get into the spirit of the season with Christmas tree decorating, caroling, ornament making, kids crafts, hot cocoa, a photo booth, advocacy station, gifts and ornaments, Las Posadas, and more.

Please join us for this very special day as a congregation and community, and consider volunteering or donating something for one of our stations.
Las Posadas
This Saturday | 2-3:30pm

In the Latino tradition of Las Posadas (literally “The Inns”), we will reenact the story of Mary and Joseph searching for a place to stay on Christmas Eve. At each inn where Mary and Joseph are turned away, we will share a present-day story of an immigrant in our community.
Advent Celebration Lunch
This Saturday | 1-2pm

In between our Advent Season Celebration and Las Posadas, join us for a multicultural Advent celebration lunch of tamales, empanadas, and more!

Also, please support our outreach efforts by sharing the Facebook event, or printing a flyer to post in your building or share with a friend!
