Did you know?
-Your body is approximately 50-75% water (depending on your age).
-A diet rich in fruit and vegetables helps keep you hydrated.​​​​​​​
-Cucumber, lettuce, zucchini, radish, celery, cauliflower, eggplant, red cabbage, peppers, spinach and broccoli each contain over 90% water.
​​​​​​​-A 10-minute shower uses approximately 20 gallons of water and the average bath uses approximately 36 gallons of water to fill a tub.

March 28 at 7pm the Katonah Village Library and Bedford 2020 Meatless Mondays will show the film Wasted: A Story of Food Waste followed by a panel discussion.  Participants on the panel will include Leslie Lampert of Ladle of Love, Chef Michael Kaphan of Farmer and the Fish and Chef Jay Lippin of Crabtree's Kittle House.
