Sarah Leah Chase demonstrated two divine soups last Saturday for a crowd of over 80 people. The French Carrot Soup with Chevre Croutons and Spring Pea Soup with Roasted Pancetta and Mint are both nice for a brunch, or a starter for a main meal.
