The Mindfulness Programs described below aren't just about mindfulness.They are about how to live a meaningful life not limited or defined by fears, conditioning and beliefs that can get you stuck in a cycle of rumination and habitual patterns that lead to stress, and even overwhelment.

You will learn how to live a fulfilling life, one that leads to clarity, courage and strength. The Courses offer tools that allow you to find the peace and confidence to meet your everyday challenges, no matter what life throws at you. You will learn how to befriend your emotions, improve your relationships, how to respond rather than react to conflict, and how to develop a deep sense of self-worth and confidence that does not depend on others.

Many of us find ourselves longing to participate more intimately in life, to heal old emotional wounds, to work through old patterns of shame and self-abandonment, to open our hearts. We sense the real possibility of living in a different way,
but there are not a lot of pathways in our modern world which facilitate this sort of discovery.

During our time together, we will explore strategies to befriend your conflicting emotions, honoring both the darkness and the light, to reduce stress, to find balance, to improve your relationships, and to increase your focus and mental clarity.

When practiced consistently, the results of Mindfulness are real and very far-reaching.
In the largest sense, Mindfulness allows you to live in harmony with the realities of the world.It helps you to embrace life's ever-changing impermanence, to live in peace with the inevitable ups and downs of being human, and to feel deeply connected to the whole of life. 
  


Incorporating research based techniques developed at the University of Massachusetts by Jon Kabat-Zinn, and by renowned neuroscientists such as Dr. Richard Davidson and Dr. Dan Siegel among many others, this course is a dynamic exploration of our own reaction to stressful situations and of the researched-based path to well-being that Mindfulness uses to enhance our awareness of the present moment


 


This course will offer the participants the opportunity to explore the science behind their brains and their emotional states, and they will develop skills to expand the potential of their own brain function in order to work with thoughts and emotions, allowing the mind to become settled and centered

    Level 1, 2 & 3 will provide you with 
1. Weekly assignments to internalize the practical applications learned in class
2. Weekly emails to refresh what was covered in class, and support the practice
3. Weekly follow up resources to practice and expand Mindfulness Tools
4. The benefit of small group settings so people can feel safe and supported
