Welcome to our Question of the Week Email!
Tuesday, February 14, 2017
Dear --FNAME--,

You might find this difficult to believe but the average life span of a PC and/or a tablet at the end of 2016 was 3.4 years. (That's just under 3 1/2 years!)*  Our distributor has some great deals going right now.  If your computer or tablet is 4 years old or older, you might be running on borrowed time.  Why not give us a call at 772-408-4425 and let us help you with a new computing device while these special prices last!

We've scheduled more webinars - find all the details below.

Can you believe we're half way through February already?  Happy computing until our next QOTW email!

Question of the Week

Question:  "I just purchased a computer from you and I love it! My question is: do I have to fill out the registration which has popped up on the screen?  I keep telling it to 'Remind me later.'"

Answer:  First, thanks for trusting us with your computer purchase.
Second, you do not HAVE TO fill out the registration but YOU SHOULD.
Your warranty is based on the date of your sales receipt and it's in place whether you register or not. However, you should register because it's a lot less hassle with the warranty if you do - no sending copies of the receipt, etc., to prove when you purchased it.
Another advantage of registering is you will receive notices should there be a recall of your computer or one of its components.  Yes, you will probably receive some email advertisements because you register but it's still better to be on the notification list should something go wrong than not be.
Our advice?  Register your new computer!  (Sames goes for printers, tablets and smart phones.)
