Recent discoveries in neuroscience give us deep understanding about our children's brain development, what they need and how to discipline them in ways that foster optimal growth.

This workshop is for anyone - a parent, a grandparent, a teacher, a therapist, a coach - who cares for a child or a teen, and is interested in loving, scientifically informed, effective strategies to help children grow well.

Being a parent is one of  the most rewarding and meaningful experiences of our lives, and at the same time it can be the most demanding one as well. We sometimes sacrifice our own needs, even our health, along the way, leading to physical and emotional exhaustion. This may include lack of motivation, feeling burnt out, anxious and even depressed. However, it does not need to be that way.

This workshop will provide you with effective no - drama, whole brain mindful strategies to connect to your child, help him/her rewire neuropathways to encourage life skills he/ she can use for the rest of his/her life.

You will also learn tools to find equanimity, and diminish the stress in your life. 
Unless you take the time to nurture yourself, there will be little left to give to your loved ones. Your children will pick up on your stress, and may suffer the consequences. Taking care of yourself is the best gift you can give to your children.

As a parent or educator you have a direct impact on how your child’s brain is wired, and consequently how he/she perceives and responds to his/her circumstances
