Passover Yiskor and Text Study

Rabbi Stanway will be leading a text study on Monday, April 17, the seventh day of Pesach and will be leading a Yiskor service which is customary for last day of a Festival.  Join him on Monday, April 17 at 10 AM for this study and service to commemorate the Festival and give honor and memory to those who have gone before us.
We continue our early service series with a service especially created for young families.  Join us on April 21 at 6:30 for a Simchat Shabbat combined with our Visual Tefillah!  The service is filled with music and joy and is guaranteed to go no more than one hour which opens up the whole evening to you and the family.  Everyone is welcome to attend and we encourage you to bring friends who are looking for a Shabbat experience tailored especially for them.

Breakfast with the Rabbi

Ageless Wisdom: Lifetime Lessons from the Bible
April 23, 9:30 AM

You are invited to Breakfast with the Rabbi on April 23 at 9:30 AM.  We will welcome Rabbi Brooks Susman and Dr. Chris Bellitto as they inspire us with ‘Ageless Wisdom: Lifetime Lessons from the Bible.”

What lessons might we learn about wisdom and growing older from the Bible? Is it true that wisdom comes with age or can we learn about wisdom from young people, too? Join us as we draw lessons from famous (and not so famous) Biblical stories to learn how to gather wisdom and appreciate her gifts of blessings and burdens, patience and laughter, and reaping and sowing. Join us as Christopher Bellitto of Kean University talks about his new book in a discussion led by Rabbi Brooks Susman.

There is no charge and all are welcome.
