Fish...it's what's for dinner!
Our friends Joan and Jeff of Nantucket Fresh Catch have begun selling fresh fish in the market!
Salmon fillets from Black Pearl Organic Farm, wild caught yellow-fin tuna, smelts, and Nantucket Bay Scallops can be found
in the meat cooler in the market!
All these are fresh and have never been frozen!

Never had smelt? It's best fried. Click here for a recipe!

Get Flowing in January
Our Saturday Farm Talk series continues this week with
Sheri Perlman giving an introduction to
Jin Shin Jyutsu, the ancient art of harmonizing the life energy in the body.
It is a gentle art practiced by placing the hands over clothing on specific safety energy locks to harmonize and restore the energy flow, reducing the tension and stress accumulated though normal daily living.

This Saturday at 10am in the Hayloft - FREE!

What's New in the Market?
As January moves along, we are finding inspiration in the expanded selection of market items.
Try some of these recipes for Dave's coffee syrup.
Interested in eating more fermented foods?  Try Jacob's Raw Kraut!
And Brooklyn Pickles and pickled vegetables are simply delicious!

Crafternoons returns on Wednesday! Join us every week for a FREE kid's craft from 2:30-4pmEvery Wednesday in the winter we'll set-up a craft table in the market. Parents are welcome to join or enjoy some time to shop.
