Our friends Joan and Jeff of Nantucket Fresh Catch have begun selling fresh fish in the market!  
Salmon fillets from Black Pearl Organic Farm, wild caught yellow-fin tuna, smelts, and Nantucket Bay Scallops can be found
in the meat cooler in the market!
All these are fresh and have never been frozen!

Our Saturday Farm Talk series continues this week with
Sheri Perlman giving an introduction to
Jin Shin Jyutsu, the ancient art of harmonizing the life energy in the body.
It is a gentle art practiced by placing the hands over clothing on specific safety energy locks to harmonize and restore the energy flow, reducing the tension and stress accumulated though normal daily living.
