19th Annual Christmas Parade of Lights
Thursday | 7 p.m. | Downtown Square | Free | Rescheduled 
Celebrate the season with holiday magic on the square at the McKinney Rotary Club’s 19th Annual Christmas Parade of Lights. Emceed by McKinney’s own Johnny B., the parade will include beautifully decorated floats, high school drill teams and bands, antique fire trucks, and of course, Santa! This year’s parade theme is “Christmas Around the World." Free.

Christmas Concert - World Piano Man
Friday & Saturday  | 8-10 p.m. | $29 general admission
Capture the magic of this festive time with a magical Christmas concert. Martyn Lucas will perform your favorite Christmas classics at the piano, singing in many voices including Pavarotti, Josh Groban, Neil Diamond, Sir Elton John, Frank Sinatra and many more. A member of the McKinney Lions Club, Martyn is donating 25 percent of ticket sales to the Lions of McKinney.
This show is supported by Legends of McKinney, an organization that provides assisted living and memory care.

Caroling on the Square
Thursday | 5:30- 7 p.m.| Hall Memorial Library | Free
The group will meet at the Dulaney meeting room at the Roy and Helen Hall library, before walking to the Square to spread holiday cheer in the community! Songbooks will be provided, and holiday attire is encouraged. Stick around the square after caroling for the McKinney Parade of Lights.

Enjoy late night candlelight shopping, fabulous free drinks and prizes to be won from over 20 participating shops around McKinney's downtown square.

Christmas from the Sanctuary
Thursday  | 7-8:30 p.m. | Free to $100
Enjoy a special family friendly concert event featuring an Maylee Thomas-Fuller, Andy Timmons, George Fuller, and Gerry Fisher performing songs from Maylee and Andy's Christmas album "Here Comes the Son." Other musical guests, as well as staff and students from The Guitar Sanctuary family, will also take the stage. Standard seating downstairs and on the balcony is free. VIP Tables with seating for four are available for $100 each, with all proceeds benefiting the Love Life Foundation. The Sanctuary Music & Events, 6633 Virginia Parkway. Tickets available online.

Holiday Family Craft Workshop

Saturday | 10 a.m.-Noon | $15 per kit
Head to The Heard Museum for a midday gathering for holiday and nature-themed crafting using recycled and found materials. Pre-registration is required. General admission is not included in the $15 kit price and is not required to participate in this program. Participants should arrive no later than noon. Participants may complete projects through 2 p.m.

Dinosaurs Live
Thru Feb. 18 | Included with general admission
Encounter the 46-foot T-Rex and nine new life-size animatronic dinosaurs along the nature trails. The exhibit gives families a fun, educational activity to enjoy together, and makes for great photos. The Dallas-based Cousin Maine Lobster Food Truck will be serving up amazing seafood. For those who are Shark Tank fans, this food truck is a franchise of the company that made a deal with shark Barbara Corcoran.

Yoga & Craft Beer - Saturday | 9-10 a.m. | FREE class
North Texas Yoga is having a free class inside the brewery. This all-levels class is perfect for all ages. Stay after and enjoy one of TUPPS' 10 different beers, brewed in McKinney, or for a pint of Kombucha. Don't forget to bring a mat!
