Location: The Winter Market will run inside (with temperature checks) and outside. We will set-up some vendors in the lower level of the building and some vendors outside under the overhang of the rear doors.
This Week's Vendors Birdhaus Meiste (outside): Looking for a unique, one-of-a-kind gift? Stop by the Winter Market and check out the Birdhaus Meister, who is making his debut at our Market this week. The Birdhaus Meister is Upper Merion's own Bernd Spott, who after retiring in 2018, has been applying his creative talent and craftsmanship to designing, building, and customizing birdhouses for our feathered friends or to adorn your home, inside or out. Each birdhouse is a distinct creation, hand-painted and crafted from repurposed solid wood, and featuring copper and other metal roofs, custom hardware and perches. Spring Creek Farms (outside): They will have your certified organic, 100% grass-fed dairy, and beef products. Their poultry is also certified organic and they are raised on pasture and rotated around the farm like the cows. Message from Greg: We have a nice supply of eggs right now, please get as many as you want while they are in stock. With December upon us, it sure is nice to cook a warm healthy meal in your home. We will be bringing fresh milk, cheddar cheese, chicken, beef, and great tasting soy-free eggs! The chickens are still roaming in the green pastures and are moved each day to a new spot. We have a full supply of beef and each chicken part and whole roasting chickens. Bones (beef and chicken) for making broth or to let your dogs eat. COVID-19 Outbreak Guidance for Fall 2020 (Green Phase) Shoppers can continue to shop at the market at whatever time is most convenient for them now with an extra half hour. Please still try to limit your shopping to 25 minutes or less.
You still have TWO ways to purchase: pre-order and on-site. Please continue to pre-order as much as possible! Place pre-orders by each vendor’s deadline. You will also have the option of on-site shopping with all vendors.
On-site clarification: you must purchase the produce you touch. Please do not touch and return produce. However, shoppers may touch and return pre-packaged food and non-food items without purchasing them — but please make sure the vendor sees what you have touched so that they can sanitize it after you leave. Vendors, staff, and volunteers are sanitizing regularly, please use our sanitizing stations to do the same.
There will be NO loyalty card or market money during the outbreak, please pre-order (pay online/arrange payment) or bring small bills for on-site purchases. Lastly, please note the restrooms on the lower level of the township building are closed to the public. Please use the restrooms in the upper level lobby instead.
