Question of the Week

Question:  "Will Remote Technical Support be open Thursday and Friday?"

Answer:   If you've ever attended one of our live seminars, you may know the answer to this week's question.  It's the Microsoft Answer - "It depends!"

As of 5:00 a.m. this morning (Wednesday, October 5, 2016), it appears that we will be impacted by Hurricane Matthew starting tomorrow and at least through Friday evening.  Two primary factors will affect whether we can be open or not: will we lose electricity?  (Although we have a back-up generator, it is limited as to how much it can support.) Will we lose our Internet?  (Even if we don't lose electricity, it's possible we could lose our Internet.)

Although we will do our best to be open during regular hours on Thursday and Friday, the weather will determine what we can and can't do.  Best bet:  if you have a problem that needs attention through Remote, try to log in.

In order to give the best service we can during this time, there will be NO Quarterly updates done until next week.  Obviously, there will be no in home or on-site service calls Thursday or Friday, either.

If you are one of our customers in Florida or one of the other affected states, we urge you to take every precaution to protect yourself and your family. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.
