Non-stop Service To Las Vegas

Beginning August 15, 2017, travelers from Madison will have three weekly nonstop flights to Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS) on Frontier Airlines. Flights will depart MSN on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays at 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon and arrive in Las Vegas at 3:42 p.m. Tickets are on sale now at www.flyfrontier.com

Post-purchase Upgrades

Delta customers can now purchase premium products like Delta Comfort+ and First Class as an add-on purchase for all or part of their journey to further customize their travel experience. United's Performance
To Chicago Shines

United continues to improve reliability to Chicago.  Just three years ago, United on average cancelled 8 of every 100 flights between Madison and Chicago.  Through a company-wide effort to run a more reliable operation, cancellations have been reduced to just 2 of every 100 flights.  In addition, United has the best on-time arrival and departure performance between Madison and Chicago for 2017 year to date.
Simulated Airport
Emergency Exercise

The airport conducted a simulated emergency exercise on Wednesday, June 14. Emergency planners, responders, and volunteers participated in the full scale exercise to test response procedures in case of an airport or aircraft emergency.  Forty-eight federal, state, county, and local agencies, as well as more than 200 personnel, staff, and volunteers from across south-central Wisconsin participated to practice emergency response plans. Airport Lost & Found
If you lose an item, here are a few ways to track it down: 

- Return to the area in which you lost the item and ask an     airport employee if it has been turned in.

- Stop at the Airport Administration office on the second floor between gate 8 and gate 9. Airport Administration hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

- If you have already left the airport, call the airport's lost and found (608-661-4809) and leave a message including your full name, phone number, and a description of the item.

- If you left an item at the TSA checkpoint, call 608-395-6015.

- If an item was left on a plane, contact that airline.

Lost and found is not for baggage incidents.  To file a claim for baggage or a lost or damaged bag, go directly to your airline's website.
