![]() Do you ever wonder, like David in Psalm 8, about God’s majestic wisdom and power, the beauty and vastness of the universe, and how everything is so wonderfully designed? I know that I do. Especially when I take time to star gaze which is usually when I am on vacation with my husband. As I look up in amazement at all of the stars in the sky I have to appreciate the greatness of the universe. During these times I can also relate to David’s amazement as he reflected on the fact that God is mindful of us, cares for us on a personal level, and even places us in charge of his creation. In Psalm 8:3 – 4 we hear David exclaim, “When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them?”.
