Only ONE step remains for DEP's Flood Hazard Area Rules to be invalidated by the Legislature!

Rules that allow more development in flood prone areas and in riparian buffers. Rules that will contribute to more flooding!

The full Senate must vote to pass the Concurrent Resolution, SCR66. But first, Senate President Sweeney must post it for a vote. He hasn't.
