Maylee & the Mayor  (Friday)
We’re throwing a party, an epic, no, HISTORIC party and everyone is invited because we love our community and what better way is there to show our appreciation than to host a HISTORIC celebration. A free concert featuring Maylee and the Mayor with special guest, Jon Christopher Davis will rock the roof at MPAC. Raffle prizes, free t-shirt, and a really, really, really big announcement. 7:30-8:30 p.m. Free, but a printed ticket is required as space is limited.

Broadway's Next Hit Musical
(Saturday)
The hysterical musical is the only unscripted theatrical awards show. Master improvisers gather made up, hit song suggestions from the audience and create a spontaneous evening of music, humor and laughter. The audience votes for their favorite song and watches as the cast turns it into a full blown improvised musical, complete with memorable characters, witty dialogue and plot twists galore. 8-9:30 p.m. Tickets
available online.

Downtown McKinney is celebrating the #voteyourmainstreet contest with a FREE Open House that includes arts & crafts, yummy food, outdoor entertainment, raffle prizes and more. Bring the kiddos and come on down for a Historic Good Time in Historic Downtown McKinney!

by Steven Wright (Friday-Sunday)
Artist Steven Wright worked and studied with local scenic artists who were masters of their craft. Working alongside them led Wright to express himself on canvas. Much of his inspiration still comes from music, but there are many other themes that resonate with him. Friday, 7-9:30 p.m. with artist performance at 8 p.m.; Saturday, 6-9:30 p.m. with artist performances at 7:30 and 9 p.m.; and Sunday, 1:30-4 p.m. with artist performance at 2:30. Refreshments will be served all three days. Free.  The Cove, 402 N. Tennessee just north of downtown McKinney.
