Cooking Demo with Tim Pitts
MARCH 25, 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM in the Market
Join us in the market for two cooking demos with Tim Pitts, Chef/Owner of Centre Street Bistro. He will share his recipe for the Korean specialty kimchi or, as he calls his version, "timchi." Bring a clean glass jar for a chance to take a sample home and watch the magic of fermentation!

Free for everyone!

Cheese of the Week

Winnimere from Jasper Hill Farm

This beautiful cheese is only available during the cold months so grab a wheel now before it disappears until next winter.

These beautiful wheels are wrapped in strips of spruce bark, harvested from Jasper Hill Farm’s woodlands. At only 60 days old, this cheese is spoonably soft and tastes of bacon, sweet cream, and spruce. Winnimere is best enjoyed by peeling away a bit of the top rind and diving in with spoon and some friends. Pair with a smoky, meaty red wine or porter-style beer alongside some bacon.

Easter Gifts and Accessories
Our gift manager Kate has found some delightful items to celebrate Easter with this year! Wonderful gifts that encourage creativity, tasty treats from Hammond's and Eco-friendly Easter eggs and grass. Let the farm help you make this Easter holiday one to remember.

Easy Weeknight Meal
Walking through the market this morning, the asparagus and artichoke looked so beautiful! So I set out to find a recipe that would let their flavors shine. This one from Creme de la Crumb does just that. Plus it's ready in only 20 minutes. Click here for the recipe.
