The McKinney Armed Services Memorial Board is planning a new monument to be placed across the park from the Wall of Honor specifically to honor Gold Star Families (pictured above), those who've lost loved ones via their service to our country. As part of this addition to the Veteran's Memorial Park, the organization is selling personalized paving stones that will be placed permanently at the park. To purchase a paver to honor a loved one or our military in general, please print off the order form available from the city website, complete it and return it with payment to the address given on the site.

Look for a table at the Red White & BOOM parade in front of Orisons Arts & Framing (110 E. Louisiana) where you can purchase one of these pavers.
