Great advice for a busy holiday. Simple things shouldn't be messed with and one of those things is classic cranberry sauce. We will have plenty of our farm made cranberry sauce to purchase for the holiday or make your own! With 5 simple ingredients, this recipe is a snap to pull together!
Work Smarter, Not Harder
In the case of making mashed potatoes for a crowd, the less work the better. That's why we recommend this recipe here, which instructs you leave potatoes whole and on the skins (gasp!), then run them through a food mill for picture perfect results every time!

Wine Tastings this Week!

We will be popping bottles not ONCE but TWICE this coming week! Join us this Friday at 4 pm and then again on Sunday at 3 pm to tasting some delicious wines to pair with your Thanksgiving spread. Learn about how the crisp, floral apple notes in Chenin Blanc pair perfectly with cheeses and fresh, zippy acidity in Riesling can liven up any cocktail hour. We have tons of great red wines to choose from for pairing with turkey too... Don't miss it!
