Award Winning Addition & Restoration
This home, originally built in 1838 was in need of some major renovations. The clients, also avid antiques collectors, had a deep respect for antique architecture and wanted to preserve many original features of the main home while also incorporating modern functionality and creating a home that was more functional for their family. The resulting project was the perfect blend of old and new that pays homage to the past while being well equipped for the future.

This project won Silver in  NARI's Contractor of the Year Awards for Best Historical Renovation/Restoration.  Be sure to read more about all of the winning projects in our Company News and updates section!

LG Art Cool Gallery Mini split A/C
Ductless mini-split heating & air conditioning units are an efficient and effective way to get heating and cooling in a space  that may have limited accessibility for traditional heating and cooling options.  New innovations from LG have made the wall mounted unit required for the system more stylish and able to blend with any decor.

Designed to look like a photo frame this streamlined unit can be  customized with personal photos or artwork. The vents are located on the sides of the unit and deliver  remotely controlled hot or cool air on demand. This award winning design takes one of the few negatives about the ductless mini split system out of the equation by replacing the clunky rectangular wall unit with this lower profile photo frame design.

2015 Contractor of the Year Award Winners
It was an exciting evening at the luxurious Clarke Showroom in Milford MA, on Wednesday March 4, 2015 for the annual NARI Contractor of the Year Awards Ceremony. Eric, Stacy & few members of the team arrived with fingers crossed.  A total of three of our projects were entered in various categories and were up against an impressive show of work from all across the region.

Despite the stiff competition we were thrilled to be one of the only two winners awarded in every category we entered! It is an honor to be recognized by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry for the seventh consecutive year.

Stacy Runs the Boston Marathon!
Best of Luck to Stacy as she prepares to run in the 2015 Boston Marathon on April 20th! This will be Stacy's first time running the iconic race and she's been training hard despite the crazy winter weather.

We know her training and determination will carry her through to the finish line and we'll all be rooting for her and all of our other friends, colleagues & clients who are also running. Best of Luck to everybody!
Dylan Update
Last Summer all of our friends, family, colleagues and clients came together to raise nearly $10,000 for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in support of our nephew Dylan who is battling brain cancer.

We are happy to report that as of his latest appointment with Dana Farber his tumors are stable!  Dylan went in to have the status of his tumors assessed via MRI after stopping chemotherapy in December.  He and his family are thrilled with this good news and hope it leads him towards remission.

Thank you again for your support of Dylan &
The Dana Farber Cancer Institute!

Now that you can see your grass again, what better way to ring in Spring than with this light and easy recipe!
This one comes to us from Stacy who loved to make this quick flavorful pizza after she got in from a long run.
