Get Flowing in January
Our Saturday Farm Talk series continues this week with
Kris Feeney introducing the ancient Chinese tradition of
Tai Chi - a meditation in motion.
It is a system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Because this is a low impact practice it is available to people of all ages. Please wear comfortable clothes to this intereactive Farm Talk.

This Saturday at 10am in the Hayloft - FREE!
