The Travel and Tourism Research Association (TTRA) would like to invite your city to bid on hosting the Canada Chapter’s Annual Conference, in September / October 2021.

TTRA traditionally holds the conference in October (or late September) each year and has preferred dates of September 22 to 24, September 29 to October 1, October 6 to 8, and October 13 to 15 for 2021. Keep in mind that Thanksgiving is on October 11, 2021.

We are also open to alternate May dates should the destination wish to propose. Meeting pattern is Wednesday – Friday.

Based on past conferences attendance numbers, we expect approximately 100-150 delegates to attend the conference, as attendance fluctuates based on destination.

Please respond in writing with your complete bid (including hotel information) by June 26, 2019.
