Gather up your goals and focus on what you desire to accomplish in 2020. This 90-minute workshop begins with a 20-minute physical warm up and fitness assessment for cardiovascular health, stamina, strength and flexibility. We then weigh-in and measure, in order to clarify our baseline and starting point. We reflect on our fitness in 2019 and from clear indicators, we set goals and intentions for 2020. We conclude with an additional 20-minute workout, a meditative intention-setting and personal recommendations for habit creation, best practices for following up and successful achievement of results.
