Khaleem Jeffrey "KJ" Williams

One of the faces that is always seen but somewhat unknown at Bartlett’s is KJ Williams, one of our supervisors at the deli counter, where service is always made with a smile. Approaching year three with the business, starting August 2015, KJ was brought into the farm family by his own family. Cousin Devon, known to customers for his delicious Prime Rib dinners and other baking talents, encouraged KJ to come to Nantucket when a spot became available. One of many things that make KJ smile at work is meeting new faces as well as getting comfortable with the regulars who seek his attention and helping hand in making the perfect sandwich or choosing the ideal dessert. When asked what his day off the farm consists of, he is a self-described homebody. However, if there are plans to go out, then he plans to go all out! Saturday nights are his go-to: tons of people, good conversation, and always music entertainment. One talent he can’t help but to show off and has every right to, is his dancing skills. Since birth, dance has come naturally to KJ and has only been enhanced with practice. He has participated on teams and performed solo acts, but can always be found as the center of attention. He is a hard one to miss being the first face you see when entering the farm. Be sure to say a hello next time!

Did you know!?
Dharma Yoga operates out of the
Hayloft everyday all Winter

If you are new to the practice of yoga, Joann's beginners classes are perfect for first-timers. Her intuitive instruction and attention to each person's needs are truly the focus.  It feels as much like physical therapy as it does a yoga class in that the focus is on the quality of the positions, not how far you can stretch or how quickly you can move.  There is no competition here, as everyone learns the importance of "why"  along with the "how".  Other popular classes available include Hatha Yoga with Sheri Perelman and the much anticipated weekend Restorative classes and workshops.
