Mock Teen Bedroom & Conversation About Substance Abuse 

Thursday, March 21 | 6:00 to 8:00PM

In partnership with the Upper Merion Area School District, and the Montgomery County Office of Drug & Alcohol, the Upper Merion Township Police Department will host a “Mock Teen Bedroom,” which provides insights and education about the possible signs of substance use, misuse, or addiction. Additionally, there will be guided conversation about the reasons people become addicted, what puts people at risk, what protects us or our loves ones, signs that someone has progressed from substance use to addiction, and how to respond when we are concerned about someone’s substance use. KOPSC Travel Soccer

KOPSC Spring 2019 Intramural Soccer

Spring Intramural Soccer registration is open! This is a beginner soccer program for boys and girls ages 5-9. No travel is involved. The program focuses on basics and fun! Trip the National Constitution Center

Thursday, March 21 | Depart at 9:00AM

Join us on a guided tour of the National Constitution Center in historic Philadelphia and a special exhibit about Alexander Hamilton. The cost of the trip is $16.00 for UMSSC members and $18.00 for non-members. Travel via carpool to public transportation (Norristown High Speed line & the Market-Frankford Line) into the city. Roadway Restrictions & Alerts

Brownlie Road Bridge

Due to the increased deterioration of the Brownlie Road Bridge side walls, it has been recommended that thoroughfare be narrowed to a single lane. Delineators and proper signage will be placed indicating the new traffic pattern. The restoration plans are nearing completion, and the stream permit has been filed with the Department of Environmental Protection. The project is anticipated to go out to bid by mid-March. | 610-265-2600
