Author and gallerist

Ramona Lampell has amassed one of the most

comprehensive collections of Appalachian folk art in the world. She sought out the finest examples from her native mountains and

displayed them in her galleries in Los Angeles and East Hampton. This

exhibition will pay homage to furniture makers, sculptors, painters and carvers whose works cross the elusive line beyond which craft becomes art. The admission for the Opening Reception, which will also include the opening of the exhibition Chen Chi: Watercolors, is $10. No charge to Museum Members.
