Spring Creek Farms: They will have your certified organic, 100% grass-fed dairy, and beef products. Their poultry is also certified organic and they are raised on pasture and rotated around the farm like the cows. Message from Greg: Happy New Year! We are sold out of ground beef packages this week but have about 5 packs of hamburger patties if anyone needs our organic, grass-fed ground beef you can use it just the same; no ingredients are put in any of our beef. We will have more ground beef for next market. We will be bringing fresh milk, cheddar cheese, chicken, beef, and great tasting soy-free eggs! We have a full supply of beef (except ground) and each chicken part and whole roasting chickens. Bones (beef and chicken) for making broth or to let your dogs eat. Still no butter. You can click on the "online pre-order" button below to see our full slate of products with prices. Steaks aren't listed on the website but we have Sirloin $14/lb, Filet Mignon $24.95/lb, New York Strip $15/lb, and Ribeye (Delmonico) $15/lb.

COVID-19 Outbreak Guidance for Winter Market

You still have TWO ways to purchase: pre-order and on-site. Please continue to pre-order as much as possible! Place pre-orders by each vendor’s deadline. You will also have the option of on-site shopping with all vendors.

On-site clarification: you must purchase the produce you touch. Please do not touch and return produce. However, shoppers may touch and return pre-packaged food and non-food items without purchasing them — but please make sure the vendor sees what you have touched so that they can sanitize it after you leave. Vendors, staff, and volunteers are sanitizing regularly, please use our sanitizing stations to do the same.

Market Rules

All shoppers, vendors, staff, and volunteers MUST wear a face mask or covering
Stay 6 feet from other shoppers
Only one shopper per vendor table — if a shopper is already at a table, WAIT 6 feet back
Try to limit your shopping to 25 minutes or less
STAY HOME if you feel sick or have been sick within the last 3 days
