Worship with us this Sunday!
ONE Worship Service at 10 am
Celebration luncheon after service in Fellowship Hall

THERE IS ONLY ONE WORSHIP SERVICE THIS SUNDAY.  Please remind your friends! We'll gather as one church family at 10 am in the Sanctuary for a blended service.  We'll enjoy music lead by our praise band and our choir.   Pastor Clark's message All In will focus on Mark 12: 38-44, and how, like Jesus, we can help with God’s joyous work of lifting up the lowly, scattering the proud, and turning the world upside down.

This Sunday, November 11 is also Veterans Day, originally “Armistice Day.”  On the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month (i.e., November 11, 1918, exactly 100 years ago this Sunday!), the truce was declared that ended World War I, then known as “The Great War” and “the war to end all wars.” We use the day to pay tribute to the veterans in our church family and our community, and to pray for peace.  We'll recognize our veterans at the begining of service.  (All Veterans are asked to gather in the Parlor at 9:45 am.)  After service, ALL are invited to luncheon in Fellowship Hall.

An invitation into the heart of Christmas: An Online Retreat

It's not about adding one more thing to your holiday schedule. It is about helping you find spaces for reflection that draw you deep into this season that shimmers with mystery and possibility. This four-week retreat offers a space of elegant simplicity that you can enter into from anywhere you are. Intertwining reflection, art, music, and community, the retreat provides a distinctive opportunity to travel through Advent and Christmas in contemplation and conversation with others along the way.

Rev. Kathy Dickriede is organizing a group to qualify for group pricing.  She has five people signed up for the retreat.  With three more, the group will qualify for the reduced per person price of $60 (typically $90).  Please reply to this message if you're interested in learning more!
