Faces of Railroading explores the historic role railroad workers have played in Dane County through compelling images of the past and present. Wings for All Returns to MSN

The Arc Dane County is excited to announce the second Wings for All® event scheduled on October 19, 2019. Delta Waves Sports Equipment Fee

Delta is eliminating the $150 sports equipment fee on almost all large sporting equipment, like surfboards and skis! This update went into effect in July and is featured on all of their mainline flights! Make sure to check online at https://www.delta.com to make sure your type of sports equipment and flight qualify for this upgrade.
 
 
 
 
TSA is Updating ID Requirements 

The REAL ID Act goes into effect on October 1, 2020. The law states you will need a REAL ID compliant identification such as: a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, state-issued enhanced driver’s license, a valid passport, or U.S. military ID. The most common form is the REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or a state-issued enhanced driver’s license. Generally both of these ID’s will have some form of a star on the upper right corner. New Pet Therapy Dogs!

We have added new team members to our Airport Pet Therapy Team! Meet Paizlee and Elka, but don’t let their size fool you! They are absolute sweethearts!  The Airport Pet Therapy Team provides stress relief and comfort to passengers through interaction with pets.  Keep an eye out for therapy dogs and handlers with blue vests roaming the terminal, visiting passengers awaiting flights, and providing comfort to stressed passengers.  Our team members are scheduled during busy arrival and departure times to make your trip out of our airport even more enjoyable. 
 
 
 
 
Badger Honor Flight

On September 7th, October 5th, and November 2nd the Dane County Regional Airport will host Badger Honor Flights. World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam War veterans will depart for Washington, D.C. on a chartered aircraft. This VIP group will have a special tour of the war memorials and D.C. monuments. The Badger Honor Flight, part of a nationwide nonprofit organization, provides this life-changing memory at no cost to the veteran. For more information click here.
