PRC Receives 2016 Governor’s Award for Environmental Excellence
On April 19, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection will bestow its most prestigious honor upon PRC in recognition of the organization's successful stormwater management program.

PRC partnered with the Eastern Delaware Stormwater Collaborative (EDSCS) to educate the residents of the Darby and Cobbs creek watersheds on rain gardens and best practices for stormwater management. The installation of 13 rain gardens has resulted in a direct reduction of stormwater flows, reducing the threat and impact of flooding.
