New Jersey needs a Water Supply Master Plan
Today we stood with our partners in the Save H2O NJ Coalition along with State Senators Loretta Weinberg and Bob Gordon to call on Governor Christie to take urgently needed steps to protect our drinking water from drought and contamination.

Unfortunately for New Jersey residents, the Water Supply Master Plan hasn’t been revised since 1996 – nearly two decades ago! From water shortages to saltwater intrusion, these challenges are already at our doorstep.

We need you to tell Governor Christie to release the Water Supply Master Plan today.

We could be the next California
The recent water crisis in California may seem far away from New Jersey, but certain regions in the Garden State are already facing water challenges of their own due to the lack of a comprehensive plan to protect our water supplies.

Without an updated Master Plan, New Jersey lacks the tools and guidance to protect water supplies from irresponsible development, contamination and depletion. We need a new plan to protect drinking water for future generations.

Together we can save our drinking water, but we need your help to make sure Governor Christie listens.
