Happy December!

I just ate my way through Thanksgiving, Family Dinner and Friendsgiving, showing my Tall Midwestern Sweetheart around Los Angeles, eating and drinking and eating some more.

Next, it's Jackie's Birthday, Grrl's Night, West 3rd Holiday Street Party and Fly Poet and it feels like there's no time to recover from all of the fun and eating and drinking and Lyfting around.

But I must take care of myself. I must workout. Workout and dance and yoga and meditation every day--every single day, is how I get through all of this--still feeling well and vital, still not stressing too hard, still feeling grounded and still being true to myself, still expressing my creative self through this miracle body. Moving the body is a big healing answer for so many of us and I'm here to help you keep moving through these celebratory times.

We're offering quite a few new classes this month, introducing new instructors and offering new formats with instructors you already know and love. Check out our new offerings and then recommit to your well-being throughout the month of holiday cheer! We'll be here right by your side acting as your guide and expert motivators!
