Dear --FNAME--,
Fall is almost here!  Our Grow It article includes more great gardening videos by local farmers Doug DeCandia and Ellen Best. This month we have posted three that deal with cover crops.

Our Buy It section features a unique local CSA: SunRaven Farm where connecting to the land, the food, and the people is all part of your garden share.  Sun Raven also gave us some lovely recipes to share using the unique ingredients, sun chokes and allium in the Cook It section.

Finally, learn more about local Share It organizations, InterGenerate and Neighbors Link (and many others), working to bring local food to all.

Also listed below you will find local food events, including the Bedford 2020 Food Summit Kickoff meeting next week.

Don't forget to share with us on Facebook and Instagram and remember to Forward to a Friend VegOut to anyone who cares about local food or our environment, and if you aren't already signed up for our newsletter, click here.

Your friends at Bedford 2020 and VEGOUT!
