French vermouth, which had it's heyday in the 1850’s, is back in style in the 21st century.  Originally from the Italian Alps, A French version of Vermouth was first made by Dolin in the 1820s. Crafted the same way for 200 years by the maceration of no less than thirty Alpine plants, flowers and spices in white wine, Dolin has long been a benchmark for high quality French Vermouth.
