Making the Omer Count:  Tunes for Teens: an all ages musical coffeehouse to benefit Covenant House.
May 6 - 6 PM

Join us for a night of music, community, great coffee, and homemade snacks as we gather to help alleviate one of the worst of social injustices, child homelessness.

Proceeds will go to support Covenant House, an organization helping to save children from abuse and neglect.  What is Covenant House?  Covenant House offers an immediate safe harbor to youth (ages 18-21) who are homeless where staff strive to move each young person forward down the path to an independent adulthood, free from the risk of future homelessness by providing comprehensive services including education, job skills and more.

We’ll be featuring some of the coolest artists around, many of whom happen to be our own temple members!

Our event will begin with a short, musical Havdallah service, let by our guitar-wielding rabbi, as we bid Shabbat farewell and welcome in the new week together.

Only $5 admission at the door and voluntary donations accepted.  Pizza will be available for $1/slice.  Coffee is complimentary!

Hope to see you there!
