Kanyi Muraguri: A Retrospective
In his first ever compilation of conceptual self-portraits, local artist Kanyi Muraguri works as his own photographer and model to create characters that address social issues in a humorous, impacting and sometimes troubling way. At The Cove, 402 N. Tennessee. Friday, 6:30-9 p.m.; Saturday, 1-9 p.m. Free admission.

McKinney Repertory Theatre presents it's annual melodrama, this year "Bad Medicine.....or Good to the Last Drop." It's a popcorn throwin' fun time in this old-fashioned melodrama complete with a heroine, hero, villain and a cast of zany townfolk! Suitable for all ages. Friday-Saturday, 8 p.m.; Sunday, 2:30 p.m. Tickets are available online.

Second Saturday Art Show: The McKinney Creative Community is a network of local artists who share a desire to keep McKinney creative.

Brewery Collectable Show: Do you have something with the words “BEER”, “ALE”, or “MALT LIQUOR” on it? Bring it in to get it appraised! Collectors from across the country will be at TUPPS to appraise and may purchase if you choose to sell. There will also be items to purchase such as beer cans, bottles, signs, trays, bottle caps, tap handles, coasters, labels, glasses, openers, brewery advertising, pre-prohibition, mirco brew, and more! 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
