Bob's Tacos (Every Second Saturday)
Each month, Chef Robert at Patina Green offers a limited menu of hand crafted tacos, sides, and salsas. The pop up shop opens at 6 p.m. and will stay open until the food sells out! A selection of locally crafted beer and sustainable wine will also be available. 116 N. Tennessee.

Paul Mobley (shown at right) is an American photographer who has traveled from remote Alaskan villages to the majestic palaces of Croatia to find the face of a thousand words. This exhibition was curated/organized by ExhibitsUSA, a program of Mid-America Arts Alliance. On display in the MPAC Gallery through Aug. 11. Free admission.

Nature Storytime (Friday)
This weekly storytime focuses on nature-related stories to engage children in learning and the appreciation and care of nature. Included with general admission to the museum. 10:30-11 a.m. 

Native Texas Butterfly House & Garden (shown, now open)
Walk among free-flying native butterflies and other pollinators. The butterfly house includes native species, which vary by season and what is available from suppliers. The garden is filled with host plants that naturally attract butterflies. Open during normal hours. Included in general admission.


Second Saturday Bird Walks (Saturday)
During these walks, learn bird spotting, identification techniques and more. This is a great opportunity for new birders to get introduced to this interesting area of study. Reservations are not required; however, make sure to arrive on time. 8-9 a.m. Included with general admission.
