Zak is an assistant men's coach at Maine. These are 4 of his favorite one on one drills. Whenever you are playing one on one, always keep in mind that you are working to develop one on one skills to utilize within your team's offense and for the benefit of your team. It is always best to work with a coach when you can, but if you don't have a coach, you can ask a teammate, friend, or family member to do the passing parts of the drill for you.

  Resource for Basketball Coaches
  In Coaching for Leadership, author,
  professor, and former coach, Cory
Dobbs flips the coaching plan on
  leadership and team building.

  Rather than relying on “seniority”
  and “teachable moments,” coaches
are invited to deliberately prepare every team member
for a vital team building role.
