About David Beahm and Thistle Dew Farm:
    A Field to Vase dinner on David Beahm’s personal flower farm, affectionately called Thistle Dew Farm, will be an evening that you won't ever forget.  A sought after celebrity wedding stylist (Catherine Zeta Jones & Michael Douglas) and event planner for Fortune 500 companies (Victoria’s Secret, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior), David Beahm's work has been featured in The New York Times, New York Magazine, Style, The Wall Street Journal, Architectural Digest, Town & Country, People Magazine and Brides.
    And now, the talented Mr. Beahm has turned his sights on flower farming and started his own Certifed American Grown flower farm in Buck's County, Pennsylvania. 

About the Field to Vase Dinner on Wednesday, September 14th:
    American Grown Flowers, local food and domestic wine will take center stage on this stop along a dinner tour that The Wall Street Journal has called a “Feast Among the Flora.”  The evening will focus on celebrating the idea that the flowers at the center of the table should be as fresh, local and sustainable as the food on your plate. 
    Guests will sip on locally-sourced wine over lively conversation with like-minded dinner guests and will feast on an artisanal, locally sourced meal perfected by Chef Jim Gop of Heirloom Fire.
    Accompaning dinner, guests will enjoy a table festooned in floral designs from flowers freshly picked on-site and designed by David Beahm.
After our four-course meal served family-style and insightful talks and discussions from the farmer, chef and florist, guests will leave with an evening full of wonderful memories, and will take with them a handcrafted bouquet of flowers and a Field to Vase tote full of floral treasures.
