The Musicals of MGM from 40s & 50s
This year's film festival features five classic musicals from the Golden Days of MGM. Individual movie tickets are available for $15 per movie (adult) and $10 per movie (children) or buy a 2017 Film Buff Pass for admission to all five films for $60 (adults) or $40 (child/student/senior).
The fun-filled three-day festival features not only the films but also dynamic speakers, a closing party and more. Tickets are available online or at the MPAC box office.

The schedule of films includes:
  • GiGi - Friday, 7:30 p.m.
  • The Band Wagon - Saturday, 3:30 p.m.
  • Meet Me in St. Louis - Saturday, 7:30 p.m.
  • The Pirate - Sunday, 2:30 p.m.
  • On the Town - Sunday, 5 p.m.
Join North Texas Yoga for a free all-level yoga class at TUPPS Brewery the fourth Saturday of each month from 9 to 10 a.m. Bring your own mat. Once the class ends, stay for a craft beer or kombucha on tap. TUPPS Brewery, 721 Anderson on the south border of the Cotton Mill.

Saturday is your last opportunity to take part in 2017's Dallas Restaurant Week. Locally, you can make a reservation for dinner at Eclair Bistro and/or Sugarbacon. Dinners are $49 per person.

.Food Truck Fridays at Trinity Falls
(Friday)  Food truck fare is on the menu at Trinity Falls, giving foodies a chance to fall in love with a variety of mobile eats from 5-8 p.m. The trucks will be parked at The Club, 7801 Trinity Falls Pkwy. A DJ, bounce house for the kids, lawn games and more add to the family fun. This week: Mamitas Taco Truck, Pop Stars Retro VW Bus and Yummy Pizza Food Truck.

Walk among free-flying native butterflies and other pollinators in our Native Texas Butterfly House & Garden, which opens for its summer season on Saturday. This exhibit is open during regular operating hours.
