It's All About Dad This Sunday!

There's something for every kind of Dad.

Is he a chef?

There are plenty of choices for grilling and cooking...from New England Family Farms meats, to marinades and grilling accessories.

Does he love to garden?

How about some potted herbs for the kitchen garden?

Basil
Basil, Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, Parsleys, Mints

Tarragon, Lemon Verbena, Cilantro

Does dad drink coffee?

Tervis Tumblers are Dad-proof. They don't break.

They keep hot stuff hot and cold stuff cold.

Does he just want to spend some quality time with you?

Bring him out to the farm for lunch and enjoy a freshly cooked panini or burger and a drink. The picnic tables in front of the market are a great place to eat.

And if you simply don't know what to get, Bartlett's Farm Gift Cards are always appreciated. On line or in the market.

Around The Farm...

The town produce truck will begin its season June 17th. Find it at the corner of Main and Federal Streets Mondays through Saturdays 9-1. Farmer John is at the Nantucket Artisans and Farmers Market every Saturday, too!

And for the first time in more than 30 years, we will also be taking a produce truck to 'Sconset this summer, beginning on June 23.

Lilies are blooming. Pete is picking Asiatic and Oriental lilies fresh every day and they are in the market by 9am.

Photo Safaris: Take a 1 1/2 hour tour through the fields early in the morning with renowned photographer, Claudia Kronenberg. Figure out how to use ALL the buttons and setting on your DSLR. The early morning tour will provide the best light and capture the dew on field vegetables.

Please note: The Friend of the Farm program is changing.

Tuesday June 21 will be the last 10% Tuesday until September 6. We're a family farm and unfortunately we can't afford to continue to offer the discount year-round. But we are reviewing the program and would be interested in hearing your thoughts on other benefits you'd like to see.

In the meantime, the other benefits of the FOTF program will remain unchanged through the summer.
