2019 Camp Update and
Casino Night on Broadway Gala & Fundraising Celebration

This past weekend, the National Teen Leadership Program held our 27th Annual NTLP leadership camp. It was nothing short of amazing! We are very proud to have hosted students from around the world again this year! We had students from Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Texas, Michigan, New Jersey, Hawaii, Switzerland and Vietnam, in addition to students from across Southern and Northern California.

Our alumna and staff photographer Lauren Nygard of Lauren Nygard Photography will be sharing professional photos of our teens from the 2019 leadership camp in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!

On Friday afternoon, John Beede opened up our camp weekend by teaching us about performance and leadership lessons that he learned while pursuing his life’s biggest dream; reaching the summit of Mount Everest.

Find your summit and don't let any obstacles get in your way of accomplishing your goals!

Paul Parsons entertained the crowd Friday night for the 23rd consecutive year!

His show was designed to both relax and invigorate the audience and help set the pace for a motivating and enjoyable weekend.

After breakfast on Saturday, Julia Garcia, a social-emotional health expert and TEDx speaker spoke to the teens about speaking up, standing up and rising up TOGETHER. She reminded each of us that we all belong!

I belong!

Our Sunday closing speaker William Martinez taught us that one person can make an impact on someone's life. His presentation SIGNing the song combined American Sign Language (ASL) with song to deliver his inspiring message.
