Worship with us this Sunday!
8:45 Worship with Live Band
11:15 Worship with Traditional Hymns
10:00 Classes for All Ages (Sunday School)

Christ's commitment to justice was radical, and brought a new understanding, a new message of hope, and a new message of salvation.  This Sunday, we'll learn how Jesus' message of radical justice is just as important today as ever in Pastor Clark's Message Oh, and one more thing...

8:45 Worship will be lead by our praise team.  Click here to listen to a playlist of Sunday's music.
During the 10 o'clock Education Hour there are classes for all ages (see details about the classes for adults below.) Stop into the Parlor to enjoy a cup of hot joe (or tea), hosted this month by the Welcome Committee. Troop 175 will be here selling popcorn.
Our 11:15 Worship Service features traditional hymns and an anthem by the choir.  You may have noticed that this season, Pastor Clark has added creeds and affirmations of faith to this service.  You may be wondering,Why do we say creeds?

Bike Parking Phase One. Six very sharp bike racks are available for use by our church members and our community! Next step - bike fix it stand!  To date, we've collected $535 toward the $1,000+ needed for the stand.  Together, we can provide an unprecedented level of welcome and hospitality for cyclists - and to provide resources for care of God's creation!  As an added bonus, our church fix it stand will be added to this map, showing cyclists where they're most welcome (the next nearest stand is in Bedford).  If you’re moved to help, please make check payable BUMC, with “fix it stand” in the memo line or give to Jenny's Go Fund Me campaign.

An invitation into the heart of Christmas: An Online Retreat

It's not about adding one more thing to your holiday schedule. It is about helping you find spaces for reflection that draw you deep into this season that shimmers with mystery and possibility. This four-week retreat offers a space of elegant simplicity that you can enter into from anywhere you are. Intertwining reflection, art, music, and community, the retreat provides a distinctive opportunity to travel through Advent and Christmas in contemplation and conversation with others along the way.
Rev. Kathy Dickriede is organizing a group to qualify for group pricing.  She has five people signed up for the retreat.  With three more, the group will qualify for the reduced per person price of $60 (typically $90).  Please reply to this message if you're interested in learning more!
