Join these funny ladies as they open their 10th season of comedy at the McKinney Performing Arts Center is the ultimate Girls' Night Out, featuring stand-up comedians Linda Stogner (2014 Winner "IMPROV Funniest Comic in Texas), Jodi Hadsell, Sherry Belle, and McKinney's own Laura Bartlett who will all have the audience in stitches. Tickets ($20) are available online for the 8 p.m. show.

Dinosaurs Live! (Shown)
(Open thru Feb. 21) Encounter the 46-foot T-Rex and eight new life-size animatronic dinosaurs along the Heard Museum nature trails. Included in admission to the museum.

2nd Saturday Bird Walk: (Saturday) Learn more about birding on walks intended to help beginning and intermediate birders with bird spotting and identification techniques. Reservations are not required; however, make sure to arrive on time. 8-9 a.m. Included in cost of museum admission.

Zip Line Day (Saturday)
Soar through the treetops as you travel down the Ropes Course's zip line. Purchase one ticket for each time you would like to go down the zip line. $12 per person. Preregistration required. For ages 10+; see ropes course program information page for information on size requirements.

Approximately 100 teacups and saucers, many on loan from local McKinney families and from the Heard-Craig Heirloom China including Kathryn's own hand painted collections.Complimentary tea tasting during your visit. Open daily from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Requested $20 donation to cover the exhibit, the tour, the tea, and the Patterns informational brochure. Proceeds support the Heard-Craig Center for the Arts, 205 W. Second Saturday on the Square

The community and beyond enjoy an evening of art, music, food and spirits. Guests can explore local art galleries, listen to great local and regional talent and taste unique creations in some of the area's best eateries. Many establishments in Downtown McKinney keep their doors open from 7-10 p.m.

Orisons Art Gallery (110 E. Louisiana): Featuring artists Christina Mitchella, Terrence Lewis (shown, "Audrey Hepburn" image), and Joaquina Yuste. Meet-the-artist reception with wine and small bites. 7-10 p.m.

Filtered Live: Jazz styles performed by local collegiate, professional and enthusiastic musicians in a comfortable and intimate setting.
