Fall Managers' Conference
Help us Plan for 2017!
The California Fairs Alliance, in partnership with California Fair Services Authority (CFSA), is pleased to present the 38th Fall Managers’ Conference for fair executives.
Input from our member fairs, support from the Western Fairs Association (WFA) Professional Development Committee and the California Department of Food & Agriculture Branch of Fairs & Expositions, have combined to build the linked conference program, designed to support the work of California fair management teams.
The conference leads off on Tuesday, November 1st with a return to the whole-room Open Forum for fair executives only. This is your chance to share your thoughts in a private setting with your colleagues. We have also invited the board leaders of our partner organizations – California Authority of Racing Fairs, WFA, and California Fairs Financing Authority. After the Open Forum, CFSA will again host a dinner at the California State Fairgrounds.
We open on Wednesday, November 2nd with an outstanding keynote, Dr. Rita Murray, and then we jump right into programs that can, or will, impact your fair in the season ahead.
The program concludes on Thursday, November 3rd with the popular “Ask an Expert” roundtable sessions and then a lunch by WFA California Areas. Please take a look at the program, and plan to join us in November!
