Dear TTRA Canada members,
The TTRA Board of Directors is calling for nominations of potential candidates to join the Board of the Canada Chapter. All members in good standing can nominate a candidate, and a vote of the membership will follow to determine the successful officers for the positions.
There are 4 open Board of Director positions starting January 1, 2019.
Board positions are for a two-year term, and officers are expected to attend a minimum of 2 of the 3 annual Board meetings, at their own expense, and to be actively involved in one or more committees. For more information about TTRA Canada, please visit ttra.com/canada-chapter/about.
The Directors of the Association must be members in good standing of TTRA and elected by a vote of the Association membership. Student members shall not be eligible for an elected position.
Please email your nomination by October 29, 2018, to TTRA Canada President, Elizabeth Halpenny at firstname.lastname@example.org. Nominees must agree to be nominated. Please copy your nominee in the CC of your email as an indication of their agreement.
Voting will take place between November 5th and November 19th.
